Chugging Along

More editing and formatting today. The next chapter to edit has a lot of feedback from my beta reader. I expect it to take more than the  60 – 90 minutes I usually do.
My youngest decided to look at something at the base of the pool and slipped and bent the pool wall. She was just fine, but the pool lost about two inches of water. The pool is 12′ x 12′ so that was a lot of water. Because of desert scarcity the water was still soaking into the caliche four hours after it happened. The monsoon season is almost here so I don’t expect very many pool days left. Plus, I start classes in just over a week, and the kids in just over two. There just wont be much time for swimming.
I received an email asking about the resurrected G5 –  It is running like gangbusters. I am glad to have it back, as the eMac does well for writing, playing games on it is frustrating. Speaking of games, I think I will go to the local card shop this evening and play some Magic: The Gathering.
